Design and oversee build out of o5 groups first dedicated Photo Studio - Ability to support high volume on-figure ecomm imagery, ghost mannequin, flat lay, tabletop, campaigns, video, and social media content shoots. Projected completion 6/15/23. • Manage photography production staff of 6, and build an extensive network of freelance vendor & model talent to support massive growth (200%+) over the next 6-12 months • Create new creative, lighting, and workflow direction for all photography and video content • Create, manage and oversee timelines, budgets, production plans and talent/vendor contracts
