Processing customer endorsements, coverage changes, adding drivers, payments.
• Quoting current and possible clients with new insurance rates/cross-selling.
• Managing a book of clientele.
• Working with underwriting with multiple carriers to get insurance for all customers.
• Answering multiple phone lines and transferring to appropriate line.
• Answering any and all questions about coverage for any of our customers
• Frontline customer service support.
• Logging all items into Hawksoft (companies database on all customers and future
clients)
• Processing orders on all of the 30+ carriers that we service.
