Managed returned goods and quality control departments. Responsible for all bills of material and exploded-view drawings for the entire company. Prepared all concept drawings, engineering plans, and parts for tooling. Checked first-article tooling samples, and managed parts during production. Conceptualized, designed, and engineered the first landscape light ground stake installation tool. Developed a polycarbonate lens to replace fixture glass lens that had a long history of breaking.
