o   Sold, implemented and designed the TMS Freight Management Solution to Third
Party Logistics customers and their clients.

o   Worked FMS project management on approximately 20 implementations of for small and midsize shippers including American Signature Furniture, Wayne Farms, Mid-
west Grain Products, Kiewit Construction, Colorado Beef, US Pipe, and Northwest
Pipe.

o   Responsible for defining, designing and managing the development of Dock
Scheduling, Product Master, LTL Rating, Cross-Docking, Order Management, Enhanced LTL capability and many more features inside McLeod FMS.

o   Worked on converting standard flat file import to SOAP API for Order Integration and exposing rating engine with published API call.

o   Created a new software and services company specializing in transportation pro-
curement and load execution that was purchased by Tom McLeod Software in 2009.

o   Responsible for business management, development, implementation, application
design and engagement support to insure customers were satisfied.

o   Managed large multi company online truck bids of increasing size for Smithfield
Foods and Pilgrims' Pride, interfacing iLENS rates with i2 (JDA) TM rate import. Man-
aged delivery of optimization results to the client and delivery of savings reporting to validate savings targets.

Founder

o   Developed New Department of 8 including Networking, Applications Manage-
ment and Logistics Engineering.

o   Successfully installed TRACS (Red Prairie) TMS package. The application sub-
sequently was used for deployment of bid optimization execution, multi-stop op-
timization for Frito-Lay and Mobile Oil true intermodal optimization and execution.

o   Managed technology for rail management sizing for BASF, Frito-Lay and Mobil-
Oil that eliminated unnecessary cars and improved service.

o   Designed and oversaw development of Order Entry and Visibility (OE/V) web
wrapper around the TRACS* TMS.

VP of IT

o   2nd Shift Custom Service Manager for 25 associates encompassing Dedicated and Van operations.

o   Logistics Engineering, Managed team that prepared proposal packages for man-
ufacturing. Lead Engineer on team that successfully won Case account and led
implementation of Case inbound manufacturing route operations and spare parts
service beta test.
