Wag Hotels is a luxury pet hotel chain based out of Sacramento. I was tasked with providing structure to the team, refine messaging and enhance the look/feel of the brand on- and offline.
Accomplishments:
* Developed Wag's new website, partnering with key stakeholders, developing content, operating under tight deadlines and producing high quality work.
* Led rebrand initiative that included new messaging and a fresh approach towards company assets including brochures, advertisements and rack cards.
* Expanded social media presence, launching on Instagram and standardizing facebook/twitter content. The result was 15% growth in awareness and 30% growth in engagement.
* Worked with outside agency to lead the redevelopment of the email newsletter. This included a new layout, marketing triggers and fresh approach to copy. The result was a 10% increase in opens and 75% decrease in unsubscribers.

Triple Aught Design is an outdoor apparel manufacturer based in San Francisco that sells direct to consumer through their eCommerce website and two retail stores. I grew the brand beyond its tactical niche into the outdoor, travel adventure and lifestyle markets (without losing that core audience). A key component to the 136% revenue growth was the cultivation of community behind the brand through social media and making the customer the hero.
Accomplishments:
* Oversaw weekly product launches, managing deadlines, working with cross-functional teams, writing copy, assisting on collateral development, and creating the weekly newsletter distributed to customers.
* Leveraged social and email data analysis to create weekly teaser for each launch, increasing opens/clicks by 13% and sales by 10%.
* Create and implement TAD’s social media plan, resulting in a 400% increase in Facebook likes, 250% increase in Twitter followers and a 36% increase in news- letter subscribers annually
* Cultivated a customer first policy: sharing photos (giving customers credit and making them the hero), teased behind the scenes and coordinated the images to be in-sync with the weekly launch. The result was fast, organic growth on Instagram, reaching 4k followers in 32 weeks with a high level of engagement per image.
* Executed targeted PR campaigns across four different markets generating over 180 articles.
* Managed entire photo shoot process including casting models, scouting locations, creating look/feel/story, working with photographer, getting executive buy-in and choosing final selects for launch/look book.
