•	Head strategic planning, development and execution of chocolate milk consumer campaign; evaluate strategic fit, power of creative, tactical effectiveness, inter-discipline integration. Accountabilities include:
o	Drove awareness of the campaign among target to 42% in year one.
o	Strengthened agreement with CM recovery benefits to 41%.
o	Increased chocolate milk penetration (past day) to 13% among adult exercisers.
•	Create and curate relevant content to support and feed into fully integrated marketing campaign. Includes talent selection, production, writing, editing and distribution of material.
•	Maximize $17MM+ annual budget for the chocolate milk program; continually seek to make programs/tactics more efficient. Appropriately allocate budget and focus on strategies and programs most likely to drive chocolate milk sales.
•	Direct, empower and unify integrated agency team of 15+ members, establish objectives, evaluate performance, and ensure highest level of effectiveness and excellence; inspire agencies to bolder/more impactful creative, increased sense of urgency, rigorous budget stewardship.
•	Establish measurable goals to quantify success.  Report analytics to Chocolate Milk Committee and larger Board regularly – including detailed speaking presentations at quarterly Board Meetings.
