DM Role - Managed all aspects of company operations, From strategic planning and execution to hiring sales teams and managers. Wrote all employee manuals and operation manuals for each team and each store. Monitored and implemented company programs, marketing strategies, all while maintaining tight operations and a positive and motivated work place. 

Buyer Role- Watched inventory levels across all locations creating individual buying plans for each store and customer climates. Kept track of all Purchase Orders creating Open to Buy plans congruent with all other company expenses. 

Displayed outstanding leadership skills in directing daily operational duties and activities all well dynamically serving as a coach and mentor to a big staff in multiple positions. I lead a small team and 1 store to a 4 store multi million dollar company with a big staff. Proactively took part in Human Resources and problem solving. Worked closely with my team of managers to create strong productive schedules. Always leading my team to success in reaching sales goals with a hands-on approach.
