DM Role - Managed all aspects of company operations, From strategic planning and execution to hiring sales teams and managers. Wrote all employee manuals and operation manuals for each team and each store. Monitored and implemented company programs, marketing strategies, all while maintaining tight operations and a positive and motivated work place. Buyer Role- Watched inventory levels across all locations creating individual buying plans for each store and customer climates. Kept track of all Purchase Orders creating Open to Buy plans congruent with all other company expenses.

Designed new stores from the ground up while maintaining 17 other stores. Able to exercise my skills in floor layout and customer psychology. Always keeping window displays and walls decorated to the seasons fashion and color palette.
