•	Conducted snowboard lessons; managing large groups of children and adults, age range 3- 87.

•	Served as a role model and team leader to other instructors.


Snowboard Supervisor/Instructor

•	AASI Level 1 Instructor with ongoing training in preparation for Level 2 certification.
•	Instructor for main village, along with overseeing other departments when needed. 
•	Achieved Epic Service Award Nomination, and Peak Performer 
•	Assisted with SOS program: entailed helping inner city kids snowboard, when their families would be unable to afford the lesson, as the program offered the children to enjoy a new hobby. 
•	Conducted numerous lessons across different platforms; received excellent customer satisfaction recognition.
