In Office: •Daily and Bi-weekly scheduling for healthy schedule of specialized trucking and trade show inbounds and outbound logistics. •Invoicing, billing, purchasing, scheduling and communicating to drivers in warehouse and out in the field. •Accurate Itemizing and Inventory with Microsoft Excel of stored accounts products and company logistic assets within the warehouse. Infield: •Asset and Supervision of Loading & Unloading at big Trade shows. •Face to face Personal Relations with Executives from are logistic accounts. •Tasks at hand and red flag issues in a moments notice handled with little push back. •Testing Department/R&D Tech. : Break-in Test rides, Service of motorcycles, Engine Mapping Development for new Exhaust System Designs, Helped in the Development of Durability Testing Procedures like “Burn-Down” on Proto-Types & Existing Products. Completed any Test Requests needed for Products & Performance needs, while learning about Performance basics and Air Flow Characteristics to help benefit Sound & Performance quality. •Worked alongside: Engineers, R&D, Marketing and Executives to Support Product Confidence & Knowledge of New Products or Updates to Products for Marketing and Customer Service. • Learned any chance I got on the floor in a developing and manufacturing environment from: Shear shop, CNC Operating support, Welding support, R&D support, Engineering support, Marketing support and CSR support. While supporting those departments I learned about Motorcycle Exhaust Manufacturing steps like: Design, Development, Prototyping, Part Mastering, Testing Products, Manufacturing Pilot Runs, Welding, Polishing and Quality Inspection of Chrome Finish and Powder Coating. • Involved QC in Finished Product Assembly, Quality Checks, Product Fit Checks, Writing/Editing Installing Instruction Checks, and helping with Returns and Customer Service issues.
