• Designed and developed products from concept to assembly; 2D drawings, 3D models and created assembly drawings, including Bill of Materials (BOM) and detailed drawing for the design of models. • Reviewed peer designs, engineering calculations, specifications with validation and testing documentations. • Working on estimation of Stimulated Reservoir Volume utilizing CAE analysis of Seismic event data/well performance.

• Worked along with 25 coworkers as a student employee (Managerial role) to provide customer service, by guiding subordinates, taking leaderships responsibilities to resolve client related issues and concerns. • Trained patrons in organization related services, handled risk-management, coordinated team building events. • Developed and maintained favorable relationships with new and existing clients in order to increase revenue.

• Worked with product development team to design a model to extract 20 gallons of water from air flowing at 700 cfm. • Performed FEA, thermal and fluid flow analysis on the concept designs using ANSA, ANSYS Fluent and COMSOL Multiphysics and helped the team to refine and redesign of the prototype using the design simulation data. • Developed and tested the prototype to get the similar results as obtained through simulation.

• Lead Engineering projects through all phases: estimate, design using SolidWorks and AutoCAD, created engineering project documentation, technical and fabrication drawing, bill of materials and utilized GD&T, DFMA techniques. • Generated Bill of Materials (BOM) and supervised the execution of Engineering Change requests/orders (ECR/ECO). • Performed the root cause analysis of the errors reported by the client and designed alternatives to fix heating and other issues with the household equipment and made necessary improvements and modifications in design.
