As a part of the Technical Design team I worked closely with Design, Production, Pattern-makers and Quality Control during development stage of both Women's and Men's lines. Daily tasks included; Measure and review fit samples, participate in fit sessions, communicate fit/design changes with overseas factories. Create tech packs in Web PDM: sewing construction details, measurement specs, tolerances & grades, how to measure guides etc. See garments through all stages: Proto, SMS, and PP. Maintain, organize, and log all styles into development/production library, and approved styles into production spec library. I also fill in as fit model when needed.
