Management of a crew of 15-20 contractors during a week long build out of large scale and small scale obstacles ensuring the safety and functionality of both the crew and the obstacles. Office work includes logistics of trailer movement, merchandise and other soft goods related to the smooth operation of an event. Occasionally, I am given lead responsibility for ad hoc events from new business development (Subaru, Anheuser Busch, etc.)
