Seeking a full-time managerial position to optimize my problem-solving and organizational skills to increase customer satisfaction.


-Manage a team of 3 customer service representatives; ensuring they are delivering and maintaining  5 star customer service
-Support a team of 4 sales representatives by assisting in processing complex orders and by aiding in difficult customer service situations
-Monitor in-stock inventory to avoid discrepancies and offer comparable products that are no longer available for purchase

-Communicate effectively with customers regarding inquiries related to shipping, warranties, and returns to formulate specific resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
-Oversee 30-75 web orders placed and processed daily to proactively identify and correct errors prior to fulfillment
