•	Managed a team of over 45 people composed of Team Leaders,
Area Managers, Marketing Assistant, Admin Support and Mobile
Clerks.
•	A total of 11 Branches and in partnership with 17 Boxer Stores, A
Spar, Saverite, and other retailers. I was responsible for the Gross
Gaming Revenue(GGR), Top-up voucher Sales and online stakes for the region.

•	Developed Marketing and Customer retention strategies & execution plans.

•	Managed VIP customer relationships.

Online Operations Manager-Inland Regions

Responsible for planning and developing strategies to market and
sell SAB brands and executing those strategies at a higher level of key accounts.
•	Over 50 customers in my trade, which I called on weekly. Using the in-trade execution guidelines I actioned my KPI's from as small
issues as attending customer queries with attention to detail to archiving the goals of SAB using tools put by the company like
ensuring the availability of our brands in all classes of trade, winning
market share, space as well as promo implementations for various
customers.
