I provide strategic vision and account management for over 10 clients in the fashion and CPG verticals. Continually optimize clients' digital presence by identifying opportunities by assessing key success metrics and developing, managing, and prioritizing quarterly strategic roadmaps and account plans.

Work to analyze clients’ business performance and create comprehensive marketing and development strategies that are realistic and drive the client's business to meet and exceed their goals. Manage and oversee the strategy for 3 teams and over 20 clients spanning the health & wellness and fashion verticals.

Director of Retention Marketing & Strategy

In this role, I managed a multitude of client relationships and advised on how to best use the Shopify Plus platform to drive success in a variety of goal categories - merchandising, cross-channel integrations, marketing innovation, personalization, data analysis, landing page optimization, etc.

Ecommerce Strategy Manager 

Led an agile team to drive success using the Workarea commerce platform.

- At the start of a client project or task, I owned the initial wireframes, wrote all user stories, and collaborated with the team  to break down the work for  the engineering team
- Participated in all agile ceremonies to refine requirements, remove blockers, and prioritize the backlog to ensure it was aligned with client priorities
- Before launching, I would coordinate UAT, the collaboration of teams and develop post-launch testing plans to identify further improvements and realign the backlog


Product Owner

Analyzed RYU’s ecommerce business and developed a 3-year roadmap ensuring sustainable customer and ecommerce sales growth. 

- Replatformed and redesigned RYU.com on Shopify Plus
- Integrated Netsuite (ERP), RYU.com, and Lightspeed (POS) using Patchworks connector to ensure a 360 view of the customer
- Successfully hired a team of 4 - UX/UI designer, merchandiser, front-end developer, and marketing coordinator
- Implemented a robust retention and acquisition marketing strategy that included paid social, email marketing, paid search, and affiliate marketing
- Working with the head of brand, developed and implemented content marketing plans to support SEO as well as alignment of all marketing campaigns


Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Manager

Led the Ecommerce Department encompassing merchandise planning, digital marketing, and customer service. 
Grew sales by 160% YOY (2013-2014)

- Consulted with wholesale vendors to ensure the preservation of brand guidelines and ensure the growth of their businesses
- Drove key agency partnerships with Mailchimp, Yotpo, Shopify Plus, nChannel, Facebook, Pinterest, Google Adwords
- Worked with product design, logistics, and branding to launch 6 product collections per year
- Owned all retention and acquisition marketing strategies 
- Continually optimize website content, landing pages, and product categories to capitalize on product sell-through and content strategies
