Marketing Manager, Powersports

Directed and oversaw the development of creative content (photos/ videos/graphics) that built the library of assets to be deployed through multiple channels. Led overall creative direction and aesthetic of brands for a team of 5, ensuring consistent brand management. Reviewed and approved photography, and graphics developed by other staff members. Created, produced, and edited compelling content that supported various marketing channels to attract, nurture, and retain audiences. 

Point person for ongoing marketing activities, ensuring that internals teams were empowered within the organization, with available materials, and ready communication. Developed, implemented, and monitored systems, budgets, and procedures necessary for the smooth operation of the marketing and communications function.

Events & Sponsorship: Represented SCT and Bully Dog at enthusiast marketing events, interacted and, conveyed the value of, and generated enthusiasm for the automotive technology products. Managed a 300+ person sponsorship program which included working with both professional athletes, organizations, and influencers. Fostered old and built new relationships. Developed and refined the short and long-term influencer engagement strategy. Managed event planning, including logistics, collateral creation, coordination with vendors, and onsite support.

Social Media: Formulated, created, and executed on a strategic social media plan, including posting videos, photos, and written copy on social channels. Tracked and analyzed all outreach performance, content, conversion rates to estimate ROI, and advise on best strategies. Monitored, tracked, and shared new digital and social trends, tools, and platforms to connect with brand strategies. Utilized social listening tools/platforms to measure influencer activity. Developed recommendations informed by consumer insights, KPIs, and industry landscape.

Marketing Manager

Propose and facilitate the translation of marketing objectives into creative strategies, designs, and plans. Manage creative concepts and design, collateral development, copywriting and publications.

Lead the design team in the implementation of all graphics and signage. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders (sales, production, customers) on creative concepts and ensure brand/design consistency. Manage social media marketing and identity. Establish design templates for repeat/expedited implementation of design concepts. Product design for casual apparel line. Maintain brand identity, while growing and diversifying messages and communications. Mentor, supervise and proof the work of design team. Prepare files for print production and liaise with print vendors or customers to discuss project specifications. Work closely with other department managers to adhere to a fast-paced design and production schedules all while keeping up-to-date on industry trends, new design/production techniques.

Creative / Marketing Director

Produced, designed, developed and supervised production team. Responsible for ensuring timely delivery of all catalog assets to the catalog production team which required effective communication with sales, promotions, merchandising, outside vendors and advertisers. Handled all tasks of Graphic Design (see below)

Sr. Graphic Designer
Projects ranged from designing and developing media kits and promotional pieces to online marketing/branding campaigns, event collateral, sweepstakes pages, art directing photo shoots, in-book sections, custom web pages, business cards, stationery, email blasts and advertorials for a leading online retailer of motorcycle apparel and online motorcycle magazine.

Catalog Design Supervisor

Duties included: designing graphic layouts for numerous websites, as well as backend
(hand code HTML) programming. Supervising and managing the design, marketing, client interaction and advanced programming departments, overseeing a team of six. Print work included the redesign of the current identity of Matrix Digital Media Inc., as well as their sister brand: Digital Delivery. Developed creative ads for both. I designed and managed the company's site as well as many client sites.  Additionally, I was in charge of maintaining the monthly billing, project/task assignment and past job/files, which included organization of all work completed and in progress for the company.
