Legal Billing Coordinator

Administration & Clerical

Research and resolve accounts payable discrepancies
Reconcile vendor statements and handle payment complaints and discrepancies
Distribute trust settlement checks
Open and close new matters as needed
Prepare, finalize and upload monthly billing statements to online e-billing site

Manage full-cycle accounts payable process including invoice management and weekly disbursement
Manage expense reports and credit card account reconciliations
Compile and prepare entries to general ledger accounts
Process and deposit all accounts receivable and retainer checks daily
Fulfill all duties including journal entries, reconciliations and other assigned tasked to comply with close calendar checklists

Billing Coordinator

Assist with preparation and filing of court documents
Coordinate monthly caseload meetings
Conduct searches in multiple data bases for conflicts
Create and distribute weekly matter and case reports
Answer multi-line telephone, greet clients and answer inquiries

Filing Clerk / Receptionist

Assist with administrative operations
Handle monthly insurance billing

Chiropractic Assistant

Assist staff with research
Write community interest and news articles
Sort and read through press releases
