Production Planner

Engineering & Production

• Responsible for the planning of all Matson vessels and barges, including all discharge sequencing and allocations.
• Able to adhere to hundreds of specific procedures related to correct planning, documentation, information and details related to the multiple of ships, barges and yard procedures.
• Maintain live work queues for ship, barge and yard operations. 
• Communicate with vessels regarding stability, and general stowage requirements for livestock, hazardous, reefers, conventional, RoRo, and priority stow.

• Coordinate with DC Management to establish workflow goals and to prioritize daily activities.
• Oversee and direct the activities of the DC staff to meet or exceed output and production goals. 
• Monitor and support DC Floor Leads and Merchandise Handlers with inventory control, material flow and order shipment.  
• Maintain a clean, well-organized warehouse to enhance safety and increase employee productivity.

Distribution Center Supervisor

• Responsible for assigning, scheduling, and directing work of warehouse staff.
• Purchasing of medical supplies and enteral formulas. 
• Maintain inventory at reasonable levels, perform cycle counts, conduct and lead EOM inventories. 
• Accurately reconcile weekly pump audit report, sterilize and manage pump maintenance on pumps.

Warehouse Manager

•	Oversee all allocation related functions and manage the critical tasks associated with optimizing orders and inventory to generate the workload for the Distribution center.
•	Allocation of orders averaging over 100 million in annual sales.
•	Supervise staff, warehouse operations, and inventory movement. 
•	Notify sales staff of any potential or current issues that may arise due to quantity shortages or in house date extension requests by production team.

Allocation Manager

• Supervise EOM update of inventories and evaluate reasonableness of monthly and YTD GP margins.  
• Successfully reconcile monthly Cost Of Goods, and post journal entries.
• Reconcile monthly sales rep commissions and calculate override payments.
• Forecast monthly gross profit margin and provide results to Management.

Senior Staff Accountant

• Analyze inventory and WIP reports for gross profit, costing variance and unit inaccuracies.
• Coordinate finished good, blank, and raw material inventories, and prepared journal entries. 
• Responsible for actualizing finished good and raw material PO’s.
