Sr. Vendor Manager / Product Manager 

US NAVY										               2005-2015
Requirements Officer / Program Manager, Oak Harbor, WA 2012-2015		       
Managed projects supporting current and future aircraft requirements of the EA-18G Growler, by defining capabilities needed in the fleet and allocating current assets to deploying squadrons.
 
•	Managed $500M in mission critical electronic assets for training and deployments around the world
•	Saved Navy $4M annually in expenses by building Northwest Electronic Training Range, to ensure safe and effective aircrew training in an accessible location.
•	Directed national EA-18G Naval Aviation Requirement Group conference to initiate and define the direction of research and development for the EA-18G Growler
•	Orchestrated and delivered assets and technical expertise to John Hopkins Applied Physics Lab conducting research for advancement of the EA-18G Growler and aircrew efficiency 
•	Led and executed large military exercises involving test, evaluation, and squadron training requirements; producing revolutionary strategies to combat the next generation of enemy threats
•	Served as military's principal point of contact for electronic attack clearances and frequency coordination, to ensure effective training and community safety. 

Aviation Vehicle Operator (Drone Pilot), Kunduz, Afghanistan 2012 - 2012			       
Selected as one of 6 specialized individuals for this role, for initial deployment of MPQ-8B Fire-Scout. Supported Kunduz Afghanistan with Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR), obtained +80 hours piloting the unproven MQ-8B Fire-Scout for NATO and US forces.

Aircrew – ICAP III Fleet Squadron, Whidbey Island, WA 2009 – 2012			          
Two active duty deployments on USS Ronald Reagan to the Persian Gulf, one eight-month training cycle and International goodwill training exercise, achieving a qualification as a Mission Commander. 

•	Led highly specialized teams of up to 15 people in training and combat missions. Evaluated enemy air defenses and devised plans to support engagement of targets in hostile airspace
•	Qualified as a Mission Commander; Responsible for effectively and safely employing $75M tactical jet EA-6B from aircraft carriers. Supported 2 separate tours involving international maritime safety, and war in Afghanistan and Iraq
•	Accumulated 1K hours of flight time in multiple platforms to include the EA-6B Prowler and EA-18G Growler. Perfected risk management, prioritization, concise communication, and critical thinking
