nthusiastic designer, creative problem solver, concept developer, and prototyper.  I design with a focus on the user and try to gain understanding to solve meaningful problems.  I see design as an opportunity to make a positive impact, and a way for me to engage my passions and creativity.

Recent Industrial Design graduate from Virginia Tech, Design Intern at Mountain Hardwear, and student at Offsite Design.  Aiming to apply my design process towards technical soft-goods and equipment within the outdoor industry.

Leading concept ideation, refinement, and tech pack creation for high quality soft good pet products. Creating
innovative solutions and pushing high quality soft good constructions. Identifying trends and consumer group, and designing for specific brand identity.

Designer/Developer Contract

Collaborating with PLM and design team to support Summer '25 development work for technical running packs,
vests, and apparel. Building and updating tech packs, creating color-ups and printed graphic elements, building
Visual Line Plan, and supporting prototyping process.

Worked with clients to turn vision into viable product concept. Created innovative product concepts for diverse
categories. Projects ranged from outdoor products, to childrens' toys, and home-goods. Collaborated with other
designers, engineers, and product managers to iterate within budgeted time and scope.

Industrial Designer

Worked on the "Adventure Products" Industrial Design team and collaborated within a fast paced vehicle design
studio. Created innovative product solutions, vehicle accessories, concepts, & gear for outdoor experiences.
Worked with a multidisciplinary team of designers, engineers, PMs and automotive surfacing team to design and develop an on vehicle accessory (consumer electronic) from initial concept through final A-Surface delivery.

Industrial Design Intern

design education as a member of Offsite Design's Spring '21 Cohort- a "12-week intensive pilot
program	to prepare students and newly graduated young professionals for real world design work." Study
included: design within business, design discourse, sketching to communicate, product visualization, professional
self presentation, and design for manufacturing.

Cohort Member/Student

Supported apparel design team with Spring '21 season. Assisted with product and user story creation and product
brainstorming and ideation. Gained experience in technical fabric selection and construction, prototypingand
tech pack creation, fitment and color strategy, and designing for specific brand identity. Designed, prototyped,
tech packed, and sampled a 45L rock climbing pack with the Equipment team.
