Nearly a decade of managing all footwear product design teams (Skateboarding, Lifestyle, Classics, Surf/Sandals, Snowboarding, and pinnacle lifestyle category “Vault”) in addition to seasonal and alternate workstream collaborations & recolor for pinnacle lifestyle. Create footwear visual design language guides as well as new technology strategies & branding. Lead special projects design & workstreams for speed-to-market, regional special projects & quickstrike pinnacle product collaborations. Developed & implemented a brand sustainable design protocol. Created circular, sustainable & fully regenerative footwear concepts. Member of brand sustainability team, contributed to brand sustainability product design plan & product material requirements. Collaborate on 3D digital product strategy, connecting the virtual modeling team with product design and manufacturing to facilitate design decision-making, reduce costs & increase efficiency. Recent addition of Apparel design management for Skateboarding & MTE (Outdoor/Snowboarding/Trail) categories. Direct Advanced Concepts workstreams & innovation design efforts.

Head of Design

Design lead for Skateboarding and Action Sports/Skateboarding lifestyle categories, contributor to Classics and Women's footwear, designer for "Vault" (pinnacle lifestyle). Redesigned the Classic "Old Skool" style for a special collection for "Vault" in Holiday 2009 - this design became the Classics "Old Skool* for Spring 2010 onward. Created and engineered  “WaffleCup” footwear construction for skateboarding category.
