OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

• Functioned as the public face of the organisation, including ministerial briefings (NSW Minister for Sport), and answered all enquiries regarding organised disc sports in NSW
• Event management duties (pre, during and post event) including Youth and National Championships (~500 attendees)
• Oversaw the development and management of the sports program budget, resulting in $12,500 additional revenue
• Increased player numbers by over 300 across NSW, with youth ultimate growth up 25%

STATE DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

• Planned out and prepared advertising and promotional material to increase sales of products or services, working with customers and other stakeholders to increase revenue for Special Olympics Australia by 8% across metropolitan Sydney
• Provided presentation and product demonstration support, identifying opportunities to streamline procedures and operations
