Production/pre-production artist looking to move into design

My main duties include managing pre-production setup, executing spot-color separations for garment decoration, and working with the production team to ensure design fidelity. I am responsible for designing the in-house tech-pack template and generating any tech-packs needed for customers without a standard already in place. I am also tasked with cleaning up finalized art for all customers to ensure they will print as intended. Auxiliary duties include general tech-support, developing work-flows for the pre-production team and organizing the backup file systems.

Execute design solutions in several disciplines including print projects, advertising, collateral materials, and signage
Graphic design for client projects as needed
Prep artwork for production utilizing a variety of CAD systems
