Helped build the recognized governing body for skateboarding in the United States. Worked with Chairman Gary Ream to build an executive board that best represented skateboarding, with strong female, minority and disabled athlete representation. Worked closely with the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee to educated them about skateboarding, and help the skateboard industry and athletes learn about the road to the Olympic Games.

- Worked with the International Olympic Committee in Lausanne, Switzerland to establish qualifying criteria for skateboarders to reach the Olympic Games.
- Helped establish rules, judging, formats and staffing for international skateboarding events.
- Assisted with planning in Tokyo for the Olympic skateboarding events initially planned for Tokyo 2020 including facility design and build, competition format, staffing requirements and scheduling.
- Served as skateboarding's representative within the International Olympic Committee's global network of athlete representatives from all Olympic sports.
Worked with ORIS, an International Olympic Committee partner, in Montreux, Switzerland to create a timing and scoring program for Olympic skateboarding events.

- Managed skateboarding exhibitions, instruction and media for the International Olympic Committee over two weeks in 2014 in Nanjing, China at the Youth Olympic Games.

- Produced a line of signature skateboards and products for New Deal Skateboards, Black Label, and Elephant Skateboards from 1991-2014.
