• Assist in managing the process from “designing” through “Production”. • Work directly with sourcing agents and factory personnel to ensure materials, pre-production samples, fit samples, pre-production and production processes are managed of production timelines. • Assist early in development process to manage pre allocation of styles. • Help to develop time and action calendars for all programs managed. • Track all protos, preproduction, advertising and TOP samples. • Assist in the management of placement of Purchase Orders, review quantities and communicate T & A calendars. • Assist in monitoring production status of all programs by season. • WIP management. Assist in collection of WIPs from all vendors. Send out communications to factories regarding WIP as directed by the Product Manager. • Build strong working relationships with vendors & cross functional teams to help foster an environment of partnership and trust. • Communicate delivery information to buyers and SSMC. • Assist in costing and negotiating process.
