Able to admit mistakes and work to provide the best possible outcome to best satisfy the consumer. Field 50+ calls per day from a wide demographic of people. Lead people out of their comfort zones in order to grow sales in areas that we were lacking attention. Forward thinking and willing to sacrifice my own comfort zone for the good of the team.
