I contributed to equipment integration projects, improvement of inspection techniques, developing qualification techniques for composite structures manufactured by third party suppliers. I also contributed to providing customer solutions to conversion from metallic to composite components. In this position I worked with various manufacturing departments, operations, and engineering teams to develop and publish work instruction documentation for production and inspection operations.

Executed tasks at every stage in the ski manufacturing process including lay-up, pressing, trimming, tuning, and finishing. Designed and created equipment and fixtures to optimize processes involved in carbon-fiber ski layup and post cure finishing operations. Created 2-axis CNC programs as needed for optimization and production processes. Developed methods and systems for the optimization of quality assurance operations.

My technical role was to establish and maintain encrypted and non-encrypted data communication abilities through satellite and terrestrial radio communications. This included management of medium to large scale IP networks, Microsoft domain and exchange server administration, maintaining network and information security, and providing immediate support when any of the aforementioned systems ceased to function. I learned leadership, teamwork, and professional communication skills which have directly impacted my success working with people and technology in all areas of my life.
