Hi,  I am a recent college graduate working at an investment bank and looking to break into the action sports industry. I am an extremely driven, hard working individual who is passionate about getting out there and ripping it up while getting the job done. I am involved in the snow, surf, outdoor, and driving communities but I am always striving to do more.

Research companies within prospective industries to find potential clients.  Make contact with lead to determine if they are in need of our services.  Build CRM database with client and lead information to maintain relationship with clients.

Open/close as well as maintain perfect appearance of store and products.  Greet customers and help guide them through their purchasing decision by informing them of the benefits of various products.  Conduct cash and credit card transactions without error.  Set and report goal figures to upper management.

Retail Sales Associate

Build and maintain warehouse inventory and product tracking systems.  Communicate with promotional event staff to ensure promotional swag products are distributed properly.  Ship and receive promotional products from client companies as well as stock products in warehouse as inventory.

Promotional Fulfillment Manager

Handle freight claims from vendors and other clients regarding lost, stolen, or damaged products that were received.  File claims in software database to ensure accountability and consistency when dealing with clients.  Send and receive checks regarding claims.  Distribute mail to senior executives.

Assist Marketing Director in creation of marketing campaigns.  Research competition and news to find strategic advantage for our company.  Plan and assemble marketing efforts including promotional events at professional sporting games, sale displays at retail accounts, social media marketing campaigns, and interactive mobile game/marketing campaigns.
