My background combines over 10 years of experience developing cohesive, effective and efficient; sales, marketing, and brand strategies in the retail and wholesale industries. Working with both large corporations and startups alike. 

My most recent role at Colosseum Athletics was a dynamic role that had me doing everything from sales manager, to brand manager, to event coordinator, to graphic artist, to photographer. I was responsible for the development of all aspect of the new Specialty Brands department, which focus is apparel distributors, imprinters, and brands seeking private label production, as well as developing in-house brands. The most notable was Realtree Active, a brand that launched in retailers the Spring/Summer 2017 season and is already on track to exceed ten million dollars in sales the first year.

The dynamic roles I have had throughout my career, all which have challenged and push me. Has allowed me to see things from a unique perspective, which I believe would be a big asset. And for me to gain more experience, while leveraging my existing knowledge would be the ideal next move in my career.


I work with companies at all levels of sales and brand management, from assisting brands with hiring of sales staff to developing sales and marketing strategies. I have done everything from assisting with design itself, to production of the products, merchandising, trade shows, and ensuring smooth operations from the factory to the customers.

•	Develop all aspect of the specialty brands division including but not limited to sales, marketing, and apparel offerings
•	Develop the “Realtree Active by Colosseum” brand including sales, marketing, operations, and account support
•	Pioneer new business opportunities in the distributor, imprinter, promotional, corporate, resort, and green grass segments
•	Create sales strategies, program line plans, timelines, catalogs, and event calendar

Sales and Development - Specialty Brands

Business Development/Marketing
•	Developed private label and branded lines with Niemen Marcus, Sak 5th Ave, and Nordstroms, Anthropologie
•	Hired and developed an in-house national sales team
•	Assisted with creating collections and seasonal marketing campaigns
•	Worked directly with PR and social media department to develop branding strategies
Sales Support/Strategic Planning
•	Planned and scheduled all special events including trade shows, trunk shows, charity events, and fashion shows
•	Coordinated all photo shoots from inspiration to final edit
•	Created tradeshow booth concepts - initial creative stages, sourcing materials, developing plan-o-gram, etc
•	Generate selling reports and analyzed data to identify direction based on selling


Director of Sales

Business Development/Marketing
•	Increased brand sales by over 300%, and increased brand presence by over 500%
•	Work with a international off-price brick and mortar retailer, creating and developing exclusive sales campaigns
•	Generate sales and brand awareness through social networking, fashion shows, e-commerce, television, movies
•	Responsible for meeting sales goals through the showrooms, inside sales reps, trade shows, and consumer website
•	Attend all major trade shows – Accessories Circuit/Intermezzo, Coterie/Sole Commerce, Project/ENK Vegas

Operations/Production
•	Manage entire product line lifecycle from design to distribution

•	Act as liaison between manufacturers and fulfillment center
•	Problem solve and correct any production issues from manufacturing to supplies

Director of Sales and Operations

I managed one of Clarks largest volume retail location in USA. My main responsibilities were to drive sales, staff, and managing operations. I also maintained all visual merchandising.

Assistant Manager

I was promoted to department responsible after three months. I actively worked with garments, including processing, stocking, replenishing, folding, hanging, displaying and merchandising.
I also supported two new store openings as the stockroom supervisor.

Department Responsible

I represented men sportswear brands, Hiltl, Gardeur, Van Laack, and Carl Gross, in better men’s specialty stores. I mainly guided clients through the buying process of the collections. I was also responsible for generating sales by creating marketing packets, working trade shows, and calling clients.

Inside Sales Representative

I generated sales and profit while controlling expenses & inventory. I recruited, Developed, and motivated the staff. I also managed inventory and sales at multiple store locations throughout Arizona.
