• Execute and supervise multiple concurrent campaigns, providing creative direction to talent, photo, video, and design teams throughout the project's
lifecycle.
• Create innovative multi-channel campaign concepts for RFPs spanning high profile entertainment, fashion, and lifestyle clients to target specific KPIs,
working cross-functionally with integrated sales and marketing teams, project management, public relations, editorial, and external media agencies.
• Manage relationships with talent reps, external media agencies, and brands, communicating each campaign's timeline and handling all client feedback.

• Track performance and analyze metrics during each campaign's flight to optimize audience engagement and business goals for branded partnerships.

multimedia brand with a monthly global audience of over 9.4 million.
• Led creative direction, talent and crew bookings, location scouting, styling, and physical production and collaborated cross-functionally with internal
editorial and external publicity teams.
• Introduced first ever budget management system and saved up to 30% of expenses each month through competitive talent and vendor negotiations.
