Detail oriented team leader and mentor with a strong understanding of product life cycle. •	Manage knits Product Development team, perform reviews for direct reports, interviewing and training of new hires, on-boarding new manufacturers and re-training existing vendors.
•	Maintain fit consistency across entire knit category (tops, bottoms, dresses) ensuring all goods meet company standards for quality and fit.
•	Communicate directly with vendors and internal partners regarding development and production issues so as to meet company deadlines and maintain IMU% goals.
•	Reduce cost through streamlining construction and make on average 1-3% per style.
•	Revamped fit and construction standards on knit blocks resulting in a reduced return rate of 8% for the department.
•	Responsible for production lifecycle of 200+ styles, working with cross functional team members to ensure milestone dates are met in accordance to the seasonal development and/or chase calendars. 
•	Execute domestic and international travel to accelerate production timelines, working directly with factory partners on current and future development, finalizing pre-production, and observing worker compliance standards in factory.
•	Manage Re-commercialization of key programs for improved cost/delivery/etc based on business and factory performance.


•	Negotiated material and garment cost/minimums will mills/vendors to meet company strategy, target FOB and final IMU%
•	Allocated department vendors using knowledge on factory capabilities, cost analysis, and minimums according to company strategic direction.
•	Reduced cost  through streamlining construction, improving or simplifying garment make, and adjusting production markers for improved yield.
•	Ensured cross functional team adhered to development calendar and met production timelines.
•	Sourcing of materials and trims that fit into target IMU based on set retails.
•	Managed full development life cycle of 100+ styles per season utilizing Excel and Flex PLM for tech specs, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
•	Met production deadlines by achieving desired fit and aesthetic while maintaining target IMU.
•	Held costing, style detail, raw material development,  and fit meetings with cross functional teams.
•	Adjusted patterns, sew mock ups/alterations as needed to communicate fit changes for approval.
•	Managed textiles and garment custom compliance with overseas factories, maintaining scheduled production timelines and deliveries.


PROD DEVELOPER/TECH DESIGNER

•	Managed specification packages using WebPDM program from initial development through production ensuring consistency and accuracy.
•	Worked with Design, Merchants, QA, and factories to ready garments for production.
•	Held fit reviews and style hand off meetings.
•	Communicated with factories via email and WebPDM.
•	Reviewed samples and patterns to provide feedback to factories on quality, construction, and fit.
•	Maintained an organized work room.
•	Prepared samples for fit meetings.
