Detail oriented Technical Design Manager with a strong understanding of product life cycle from development through production. Skills ranging from fit, Construction, Tech Pack management, pattern making and cost negotiations to people management and training, color review, QA related functions and production scheduling. Technical Design Manager

•	Manage complete development process for each style in Women's Knits/Fleece and Knit Dresses.
•	Maintain fit consistency across entire knit category
•	Execute pattern changes
•	Successfully meets production deadlines
•	Establish fit and construction standards and blocks with support of Pattern Team.
•	Validate and review factories graded patterns 
•	Manage style lifecycle, ensuring color/fabric/fit/etc are approved on time and prior to issuing purchase orders. Achieved this by making sure cross functional team members meet milestone dates
•	Travel internationally to work with overseas vendors
•	Key contact between internal and external partners
•	Manage style lifecycle using PLM software
•	Utilize 3D patterning software to reduce development timeline
•	Reduce cost through streamlining construction and make
•	Manage Team, Interview and train new hires, Onboard new factories for the needs of Product development team

SR Technical Designer/SR Product Developer - Women's Fleece/Knit Tops, Bottoms, Dresses

•	Manage complete development process for each style in Women's Knits/Fleece and Knit Dresses.
•	Maintain fit consistency across entire knit category
•	Execute pattern changes
•	Successfully meets production deadlines
•	Negotiated material and garment costs and minimums will mills/vendors
•	Establish fit and construction standards and blocks with support of Pattern Team.
•	Validate and review factories graded patterns 
•	Manage style lifecycle, ensuring color/fabric/fit/etc are approved on time and prior to issuing purchase orders. Achieved this by making sure cross functional team members meet milestone dates
•	Developed and sourced materials and trims that fit into retail price and target IMU
•	Travel internationally to work with overseas vendors
•	Key contact between internal and external partners
•	Manage style lifecycle using PLM software
•	Utilize 3D patterning software to reduce development timeline
•	Reduce cost through streamlining construction and make
•	Interview and train new hires, Onboard new factories for the needs of Product development team
•	Work directly with Model Agency to schedule fit sessions
•	Assign Care Codes and bulk testing requirements, work through issues in testing w/suppliers and in-house

Product Developer / Technical Designer

• Manage specification packages using WebPDM program from initial development through production ensuring consistency and accuracy
    • Work with Designers, Merchants, QA, and factories to ready garments for production
    • Host fit reviews and style hand off meetings
    • Communicate with factories via email and WebPDM
    • Review samples and provide feedback to factories on quality, construction, and fit. Adjusting patterns as needed to execute fit changes

Assisted the Product Engineers in fit comments, pattern work, tech pack development, as well as basic administrative work.
