Previously employed as a Youth Coordinator for a municipality. I have several years experience working with youth, for youth and I possess a wide variety of skills and abilities including program development, implementation, fundraising and grant writing. I also have experience with marketing and advertising recreation programs and events.
You will find me to be an exceptionally talented, creative and results oriented individual who enjoys the challenge of new tasks and responsibilities.
I am a fun, energetic, outgoing and loyal person who has a positive attitude, loves people and lives life to the fullest. 
  
In the last few years, I have successfully developed, implemented and evaluated numerous youth programs, special events and activities. I have created several successful and mutually beneficial partnerships with local schools and businesses and have created numerous programs resulting in increased participant attendance. Several of the policies I have created have been adopted by council and my marketing strategies and advertising methods have helped to increase program attendance rates at the community centre.

-Created and implemented several new and exciting youth programs including Youth in the Kitchen, Take a Hike, Out and About, Youth Go Green, Dodgeball, Spa Days, Youth Outdoor Adventure Race, Youth Can Ski and Snowshoe and others 
-Hosted a variety of events to celebrate National Youth Week 2014
-Developed budgets and program costs
-Purchased supplies and equipment for youth programming
-Managed day to day programming and worked with other staff to ensure maximum benefit, participation and enjoyment of programs 
-Promoted, advertised and marketed programs and events to increase interest and participation
-Recruited members to the Youth Advisory Committee, resulting in membership growth from 2 to 20
-Supervised skate park
