The Creative Lead is a true creative, possesses a pro-active and positive mentality and most importantly is a 100% representation of Fusion of Ideas visually.

Responsible for entire Creative Department, as well as Photography and Social departments, which includes but is not limited to the following:
- Immediate support for Business Department’s high-level client requests
- Manage all department’s daily workflow to ensure quick turn-around times and seamless presentation
- Organize creative briefings with team for both individual and department successes
- Create mock-up tearsheets, revisions, and final proof images for hundreds of projects per week
- Logo recreation for production purposes
- Set up and organize print-ready files per customization parameters
- Manage all final approvals before submission to Customization department
- Train/mentor all interns and new employees
- Formulate innovative ideas for department efficiency
- Strong knowledge of company’s process and procedures
- Continuation of all lower position duties (Creative Pro - 1 year 5 months active & Creative Specialist - 11 months active)

- Contributed directly with owner and design team on upcoming releases, product, and digital photography
- Helped with edits, color correction, and photo manipulation for website and seasonal lookbooks for wholesale vendors
- Developed relevant weekly email blasts and newsletters to customers based on product releases and dates
- Created POP vinyl decal design & plotting for retail stores and wholesale accounts
