•	Optimized shop performance from installation onward by coaching retail partner employees and MK field representatives in best practices for visual merchandising; supported onboarding of new district managers, hosted visual training, and piloted monthly visual merchandising calls  


Regional Visual Coordinator, Retail Development

Drove $1MM in annual sales volume within the MK ACC shop-in-shop at Dillard’s St. Matthew’s location while working with retail partners at 3 other Dillard’s locations to share best practices in product training and merchandise execution across the Greater Louisville and Lexington Kentucky area.
