My name is Nicole “Nikkii” Sullivan, I am currently the operations manager and a personal and group fitness trainer at a small boutique gym located in San Clemente, CA. I’m looking for something new in hopes of continuing to challenge myself, increase my knowledge and skill base, and step out of my comfort zone. 

I am educated, hardworking, and reliable. I have in depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, excellent organizational and time management skills, and take pride in my self-initiative, self-starting, and problem-solving abilities. I pay great attention to detail and have no problem multi-tasking, delegating or staying late to get a job done. I strongly believe that everyone has to put in hard work and “pay their dues” to obtain the goals they want in life, thus I enjoy every aspect of my job because I know that in the long run it will help get me where I want to go. I currently manage a staff of ten and handle all processes from interviewing, hiring, training and more. I am the “right hand gal” for our sole owner who relies on me heavily for day to day decision making and efficiency in all business relations. 

I have previous job experience ranging from sales, management, data entry, customer service, trade shows, executive assistance, event coordination, retail, merchandising and marketing which gives me confidence that my ‘Jack of all trades’ background will make me an amazing candidate for this position.

Began as an independent personal trainer and continually took on more responsibilities. Within the first year I was the direct assistant to the owner and initial point of contact for all incoming inquires. Helped in creating a creative, passionate, and result committed community built on integrity, common goals, and strong relationship bonds. Tasks managed include but are not limited to management of staff, including interview and hiring processes; organization of meetings, agendas and reporting; preparation and organization of special events; collecting rent from sublets.
* Create and maintain meeting agendas. Updated with notes taken during each meeting which are then sent to all parties involved with actionable items highlighted for each person. This is done for all management, financial, board and staff meetings
* Run and manage all reporting for the facility. Reporting ranges from small daily reports, bi-monthly payroll reports, to end of month reporting for all shareholders. Any and all follow up is completed to retain clients, close new clients and maintain personal relationships
* Work well independently and trusted to make educated, thought out decisions for the business owner with a focus on financial growth, client retention, and community enjoyment
* Initial contact person for all incoming inquiries which includes researching offers/products, following up with appointments and scheduling of meetings, and delegation to appropriate staff members when appropriate
* Assist with Marketing needs varying from Social Media posts, email campaigns, coordination of events and paid print media

Cultivated and managed sales and retailer relationships within my assigned territory of California, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon and Texas; with a few brands expanding nationwide. Managed, developed and marketed to various specialty retailers and chain store accounts with a number one goal of managing and maintaining quality and consistency of service and product.
* Managed a customer base of over 200 accounts via email, phone, shop visits, and tradeshows; maintaining existing relationships while planning, prospecting and opening new business growing my confidence in communicating comfortably with business owners and decision makers.
* Managed all sales functions for assigned accounts to ensure the business grew according to sales projections thru assortment planning, developing and implementing sales plans, coordinating product showings, and working closely with customers to process orders.
* Set and achieved sales goals, forecasted product needs, established short and long term strategies to grow business with each account. Identified growth opportunities within my territory, provided regular feedback regarding market trends and influences
* Successfully represented over eight brands at any given time using my strong organizational skills; I was able to prioritize work, handle multiple tasks, and work independently.
* Grew prebooks and account numbers over 50% for the Fall 2013 prebooking season

Independent Sales Rep

Assist in managing eight in house and outside sales representatives with their daily needs. Streamlined processes and procedures to make sure the company grew in the most efficient and effective way possible. Developed Amazon.com account from start to finish for all skus, including but not limited to: filling out the ASIN Request Spreadsheet, uploading images onto the website, approving PO's, recommending proposed PO's, and uploading invoices as product shipped.
* Complete all new account set up, order entry, invoicing, credits, and returns in Advance Business Management (ABM). Streamlined the process for the before mentioned tasks allowing the sales team to focus their energy on generating sales, converting prospect accounts to current accounts and following thru with overall better customer service; resulting in over a 15% increase of the overall annual budget from the 2011 financial year to the 2012 financial year.
* Assist in tradeshow research. Organizing payment for booth space, shipping of product and booth displays to and from the event, scheduling hotel and travel arrangements, and attending local tradeshows to help with the flow of the booth and check-in of accounts with the appropriate rep for their territory.
* Attend all Sales, Logistics, and Credit meetings taking notes and sending out the minute's companywide for all who were unable to attend. Created and maintain the Weekly Sales Meeting Agenda for both Domestic and International Meetings. Running reports for information needed such as MTD, YTD, Dollars Invoiced in the Past Week, etc
* Run all month end reports and complete all in house and outside sales representatives commissions.
* Created a Procedures Handbook for the Sales Department documenting how to's, passwords, commonly used documents, routing guides, contact information, etc

Sales Assistant

Started as core and major account representative. Worked with regional sales managers and Vice President of Sales and Marketing to create and execute sales goals. Served as a liaison between outside sales force and internal departments (design, productions, finance, marketing, distribution) to facilitate shipping.  Promoted to EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) account specialist, working directly with high end department store buyers and sales reps to receive and process all orders electronically.
* Contributed to over 70% company growth from 2009 to 2010
* Served as liaison between buyers and all internal departments (merchandising, design, finance, distribution, marketing) to meet each accounts specific needs
* Awarded "Sales Support Representative of the Month" three times during employment
* Provided key support in the development of EDI processes and procedures for the Costco and JC Penny accounts.
* Provided new hire and core major sales support training.

Sales Support Department Coordinator

Initial office contact and office support for five agents in the action sport athlete representation and youth marketing industry. Helped in creating meaningful and productive relationships and authentically integrating brands among athletes, events, and corporate sponsors.
