E-Commerce and Creative

•	Seasonal buy for Rip Curl US, Canada E-Comm. 
•	Upload seasonal catalog SKUs and publish product to RCU website using Magento, including product descriptions, studio, (technical), and lifestyle imagery, product attributes.
•	Merchandise category pages on ripcurl.com, with focus on product performance, newness, seasonal changes ie. flipping from cool to warm-weather styles.
•	Build and swap seasonal collection pages, maintain perennial product pages.
•	Assist in seasonal catalog shoots - file naming by SKU and color code, ensure all angles are captured and detail shots are collected. Gather SKUs for missing images or injection styles not in catalog. Selection of lifestyle imagery for PLP and PDP enrichment.
•	Adjust flagship store hours using Google Business, creating new Google store listings as new locations open. Adjusting and adding store hours and locations to ripcurl.com.
•	Assist in website upgrade testing and collaboration aimed at user improvement.
•	Maintain inventory for key styles.
•	Weekly and monthly sales reporting.  
•	Work with Customer Service to ensure a clean order file and timely returns processing, as well as solving any website issues.

E-Commerce Specialist 

•	Product enrichment – studio and PDP lifestyle imagery, descriptions, attributes, “Learn More” content. Enable products as inventory lands with Magento.
•	Category and collection page merchandising according to sales and marketing pushes.
•	Seasonal photoshoots – file naming, image upload and missing image/reshoot coordination.
•	Weekly and monthly sales reporting, company Brand Messenger, MAP reporting, and oversee back-order reports.
•	Support customer service team – lead bi-weekly catch ups, order file maintenance, returns, Zendesk, limit back-orders and fraud.
•	Update Rip Curl flagship hours on website and Google listings as needed.

E-Commerce Coordinator

•	Point of contact between Rip Curl USA and Rip Curl Canada’s sales reps, Canadian 3PL warehouse and accounts for athlete, promotion, and major account order shipping, operations, and account relationships.
•	Oversee order file to ensure on-time order creation, allocation, release and delivery per accounts’ pack and ship requirements.
•	Product inventory management and adjustment.
•	Analyze and issue credit requests.

Canadian Accounts CSR

•	On-site event activation from set up to execution for sales meetings, corporate events, retail, and public demos.
•	Industry media and influencer communication, and public relations to promote Rip Curl’s products, mission, and lifestyle.
•	Coordination of art and fixture installations for all US accounts, Rip Curl office and US flagship stores. Manage marketing file for creation and completion of POP, banners, wall installations, and buildouts for events and general marketing efforts.

Marketing Assistant

•	Maintain Rip Curl Ecommerce and Nordstrom Drop Ship order file to ensure on-time fulfillment and customer satisfaction. 
•     Grasp of warehouse operations from product organization and inventory status, to packaging requirements and delivery.
•	Provide customer email and phone support regarding order status, website troubleshooting, product inquiries, and order follow up.
