Responsible for executing all brand trainings /events for all retailers. Trainings involve a 3 day Brand Induction held monthly for our new Face Designers at counter, a 1 day Seasonal Workshop held each season to showcase and educate new product launches, along with Intersell trainings held within our retailers (Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Saks, Barneys) to educate the whole Cosmetic Department on our product and proper form of sell. Have covered the whole West Coast Region, the SE Region, as well as parts of the NE Region. Travel 80% of the time. Also responsible for booking and negotiating all contracts with hotel venues/vendors and covering every detail from start to finish to ensure a successful and positively impactful training event.

Oversee all Yves Saint Laurent Beauty, Giorgio Armani Beauty, Viktor-Rolf Fragrances, and Ralph Lauren Fragrances for Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdales and Sephora in the Orange County & San Diego territory, a $4 Million region, and previously the NW territory, also a $4 Million region. I monitored sales of the brand and offered Vendor support to our teams. I focused on finding the right talent, building good business partnerships and properly coaching our teams to ensure success. Responsible for coordinating all events for both beauty brands and all fragrance brands and on-boarding a team of Freelance support. I worked very closely with our Regional Manager of Sales to ensure that this high profile territory was operating at peak potential.

Managed a $1 Million CHANEL Counter in a $15 Million Cosmetic Department at a Nordstrom in Los Angeles, CA. Managed a team of 5. Focus on team management, day to day operations, creating and executing successful events all while establishing repeat business. Relocated up to Portland, OR where I worked with multiple cosmetic brands through out the cosmetic department. I have supported multiple large volume events such as Trend Show and National Artistry Events.
