I am trust worthy and hard working individual. I pride myself on my communication skills and how I handle situations. In May 2015 I will graduate from Regis University with a B.A. in Communication and a Minor in Business Marketing. My strong work ethic is evident from the fact that I served the Intramural staff for two years leading to a promotion to Assistant Director of the Program concurrent with my academic studies.  
 
I have extensive experience involved with Social Media. I utilize Facebook and Intsagram daily to keep up with family, friends, and trends. I am a big fan of the site Tumblr. I have experience in making blogs with different designs and patterns.

•	Review completed exams via PSI portal
•	Create/send Certificates of Completion
•	Create monthly report of exam fees, provide to vendor account managers 
•	Review invoicing, if approved forwarding to accounting for payment
•	Review social media (with guidance from Production Editor)
•	Maintain PTA Global demo account 
•	Communication liaison between exam candidates and PSI CSR team 
•	Email marketing (with support from Operational Coordinator & PTA Global Team
