Express creative direction at kick-off meetings. Align in strategic launch of creative content across departments for marketing, sales, and advertising initiatives. Organize creative service needs and deadlines for internal departments. Develop pitch decks and storyboards for creative proposals and upcoming projects. Produce creative direction for campaign photoshoots, video shoots and social media. Direct and coordinate with photo studios, photographers, and talent agencies. Consult on partnership collaborations. Lead, art direct, and inspire freelancers, designers, and interns. Package creative content needed for designers. Manage creative server. Partner with Head of .Com to evolve e-commerce: website design, UI/UX, content development, site optimization, strategic digital marketing, CMS, packaging, and coordination with development team. KPI/SEO implementations and A/B testing. Provide support in design and copywriting.

Head Of Creative Services

Concept and develop global visual merchandising creative design graphic campaigns for all free standing NYX stores. Coordinate with architectural designers to create in-store concept design renders and mock-ups to use in presentations. Provide packaged production ready art files and creative templates for domestic districts and international zones. Produce global VM brand style guide. Design print production handbook for vendor reference.

Global Visual Merchandising Creative Design

Develop art direction and UI/UX redesign of the company website. Manage, maintain, and update website. Design necessary landing pages for upcoming campaigns and partnerships. Coordinate with our partners in web development, paid search, and affiliates. Produce creative for web banners, email blasts, and social media channels. Discover new and innovative creative design in the digital platform while maintaining brand identity. Project manage between departments. Review digital creative from designers. Create test research on creative to improve customer response. Based on research and analytics, implement new strategies to improve sales. Partner with marketing on upcoming photoshoots, developing the art direction. Coordinate with V.P. of Digital on upcoming digital art direction.
