Marketing Manager for Rossignol, Dynastar, LOOK, Lange, & Kerma. Manage and execute all global go-to-initiatives at the national & local level. Plan and execute all marketing events such as product launches, dealer visits, and trade shows. Propose, plan, and execute all women's initiative events for the US organizing every aspect including but not limited to partnership, itinerary, set up, staffing, and registration.
Work alongside multiple departments across all brands and divisions. Support the flow of information and assets relative to all products and services throughout various touchpoints (internal, consumer facing, and B2B). Assist in tracking budget relative to specific sales marketing budgets. Manage US sales training and incentive programs, including analyzing and tracking KPI's. Help with organization and distribution of brand campaigns and key storytelling assets to internal and external stakeholders, as well as media.

Working closely with our Digital Marketing Manager and our Junior Graphic Designer to ensure all assets meet expectations and tell a consistent marketing story.
Manage asset platform and help with imagery requests from dealers and media.
Work with our Product Managers to give input on women’s product in the current market. Ensure product is ordered and delivered on time for samples, athletes, and ambassadors for upcoming photo shoots and travel.
Come up with new strategies to implement our marketing and sales initiatives in order to be successful with our objectives. Provide critical support to our Direct or Marketing and Director of Brand Marketing to execute sell-in and sell-through initiatives.
Assist our VP of Sales to execute sales initiatives throughout the US markets. Manage our shop employee incentive programs and troubleshoot any issues they have with the platform including redemption of product. Manage all co-op partnerships with dealers and resorts including their product orders and invoices. Oversee several budgets to make sure all initiatives do not surpass what is budgeted.

Marketing & Sales Coordinator

Inside Sales Representative for Rossignol, Dynastar, Look, Lange, and Kerma with in-depth technical knowledge of all products and sales programs. Manage the Intermountain territory for all brands working closely with dealers. Focused on exceeding customer expectations with a solution-oriented philosophy. 
Assist our Race Manager with all race athletes and product. Work alongside the logistics team to allocate and distribute race product to athletes and dealers. 
Help maintain the workflow for all E-Commerce platforms for Rossignol, Raidlight, and Felt. Working alongside the E-Commerce Team to help improve the brand experience for the end consumer. 
Manage consumer communication platforms for all brands. Focused on providing excellent customer service and building brand loyalty with the consumer.
