Responsible for managing the store’s media platforms to drive additional traffic both online and in store. Specially focused on WordPress, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, & Instagram. Also responsible for customer service and floor sales. Built from scratch a social media campaign which led to consistent client engagement, and thousands of followers and likes in only 2 months’ time Proactively re-organized product layout which led to the liquidation of old, non-moving merchandise and created room for new, high-margin inventory Used Constant Contact email campaigns to attract new customers: approximately 50% (up to 400 monthly) of those e-mailed became clients
