- Direct all HR for US operations while collaborating with other managers, directors, and senior executives to design new business

employees during the first year.
- Spearhead AutoVitals through rapid HR change and transformation programs, including HRIS integration, HR policies and procedures, and an Intranet project to answer HR-related FAQs, to increase employee satisfaction from 6.5 to 8.8 in 12 months.
- Integral in enabling operational change essential to a $1M reduction in HR costs facilitating redesign of core business operations;
orchestrated strategic alignment of HR with new business objectives and minimized business interruptions through the execution of workforce integration plans, including M&A workforce transition and integration.

HR Consultant

Responsible for directing recruitment and staffing for a start-up venture while assisting in building the company from an empty
office into a full-scale operation with 16 employees (13 staff and three management/executive personnel).
- Oversaw hiring policies, procedures, systems, and technologies to support the company's long-term growth and expansion,
leading to a net profit of $200,000 within 1 year.
- Offered outsourced HR services to diverse customers, mainly in the IT/tech/SaaS industry, ensuring that they reach their growth
and development goals - up to 400% growth in some cases. Partnered with different HR teams and multiple stakeholders to successfully attract, hire, onboard, develop, and train the right talent. Hired and trained 248 IT professionals over the course of 12
month for 46 different customers.
- Designed and executed effective onboarding programs for new hires - internal and external customers - induction training
sessions, ranging from organizational culture to local processes and prioritization, skill development, and training programs for
development and growth, increasing employee retention rate in all cases, up to 75% for some of the customers.

Human Resources Project Manager

Orchestrated the operational plan, including Press Release Development, Interview Management, Open Days & Product
Demonstrations, using research of human behavior and segment feedback by persona, using the insights to guide product roadmap
and create effective messaging.
- Responsible for managing various end to end communication projects - building and implementing communication plans and strategies, from internal newsletter to external communication content, in multiple languages, to facilitate growth and scaling for
the company, allowing internal customers to use similar messages in their customer interaction.
- Oversaw Integrated Marketing Communication Campaigns, focusing on launching new products and services in the target markets,

Directed the transition of all HR processes from Unilever Spain to Accenture Romania to ensure a 98% SLA for all HR services
including Resourcing, Hiring, Workforce Administration, Exit/Offboarding Processes, Compensations & Benefits, Employee Relations,
and an Employee HR Contact Centre.
- Integral in negotiating deliverables, deadlines, changes, strategies with the HR Business Partners & Service Delivery Managers to set the right HR processes and procedures in place.
