Develop growth forecasts for entire business unit and sales channels to ensure the highest level of service.

CREATIVE DIRECTOR, DESIGNER & MERCHANDISER 

Build messaging strategies aligned with existing business operations, market demands, and customer needs.  Lead the development of product strategy & concepts for key products lines measured against the market segment. Communicate and align strategy with key internal and external partners. Maintain and drive the roadmap for the business.  Create cross category programs for retail accounts, sell them in, and work with category managers to execute and effectively grow the business.  Managing all in house and outside designers on established corporate time lines.
