I’m a recent MBA graduate from Hult International Business School with a background in social policy project feasibility and a passion for sustainability and social entrepreneurship. 

While working with clients such as the Millennium Challenge Corporation, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and various government agencies, I managed multi-million dollar mission-critical projects; cross collaborated with different departments, functions, and roles to achieve results; and determined feasibility of new strategies. 

I am interested in joining a vibrant team with social responsibility and sustainability within its core and working at the intersection of execution of business strategy and creative teams to determine feasibility of products/services and their respective launches into the market.  I believe that this is where I can add the most value.

Oversaw two direct report’s activities, budgets, and business proposals. Independently planned and prepared large-scale budgets and business proposals. Provided leadership in developing and implementing the procurement support team’s strategic initiatives. 

•	Prepared hundreds of successful business proposals, contract modifications, and detailed line-item budgets in response to federal, state, and private-sector requests for multi-million dollar proposals.
•	Demonstrated project management and subject matter expertise as well as communication skills to interface with all levels of management and various clients, subcontractors, and consultants.
•	Managed financial status of a multi-million dollar international project. Tracked its financial progress, prepared reports for monthly project reviews, analyzed actual versus budgeted costs, and estimated costs to complete.
•	Led the overhaul of the departmental Intranet site to bring the information to our customers in a more client- and process-oriented way. Worked closely with all levels of staff to achieve cross-departmental agreement.
•	Led various training sessions and provided technical support related to the use of a budget model/template and business proposal process. Spearheaded the development of inventive training materials for cross-office use.

Project Manager

Planned and prepared business proposals and associated budgets. Ensured production of high-quality proposals by providing guidance and support during the proposal process. Coordinated with technical team members to meet key milestone deadlines, including timely submission of proposal.

•	Managed financial status of a multi-million dollar national project. Facilitated its timely completion within approved budget.
•	Acquired, allocated, and supervised project resources to assure quality of deliverables on time and within budget.
•	Created a new position within the department to fill a necessary role for assistance to a group of 20+ staff members.
•	Identified specific roles and responsibilities for the new staff member, hired and managed the Project Support Office Assistant position.

Project Administrator I - III

Worked as an intern providing main assistance to the Vice President of investments. Streamlined daily research reports of potential and current investments for clients. Provided daily administrative assistance for office operations. 

•	Analyzed clients’ financial needs, goals, sensitivity to risk, and investment horizon.
•	Developed and customized individual portfolios that addressed each client’s needs.
•	Produced asset allocation reports that helped the clients keep track of their investments. 
•	Conducted investment research for potential clientele.
