•Produced the Gear Coop branding and Magento-based multi-store ecommerce platform.

•Hired, built, and managed a marketing and eCommerce team of 11 employees. Created and managed an annual budget of $625k.

•Oversaw all marketing strategy, concepts, creative direction and implementation for Gear Coop’s 3 business channels: Amazon FBA web store, a 3000 sq. ft. retail space, and six eCommerce websites. 

•Reported sales, spend, and strategy weekly to CEO & monthly to entire company staff.

•Organized and directed in-store events (film screenings, athlete appearances, charitable events, product launches) that generated up to 800 customers per store event.

•Marketing direction contributed to company’s annual revenue growth from $11 million to $18 million (2013 - 2015).

Marketing and eCommerce Director

•Produced ISLA’s website, ecommerce platform, and all marketing campaigns that have resulted in over $1million dollars raised for water safety and lifesaving initiatives globally.

•Produced an interactive campaign that was presented at a US Congressional hearing. 

•Developed infrastructure of company and website that currently manages 260 ISLA team members that are working on 30 ISLA projects in 12 countries, including the USA.

•Producer for ISLA’s online store, responsible for necessary security protocols, ecommerce platform, and inventory management.

•Developed social media, web and email campaigns that generate 1 million+ site impressions a year.

Marketing and eCommerce Director / Co-founder

•Producer and/or Project Manager for the development of responsive websites, mobile applications and dynamic web functionality for clientele including South Coast Plaza Mall, Mall of America, Fashion Island and The Program snowboard brand’s Forum, Special Blend and Foursquare Outerwear.

•Oversaw an in-house team and found/managed qualified resources to complete overflow projects.

•Responsible for having expert knowledge of web technologies, responsive design and mobile design.

•Responsible for client interfacing, sales, project scope, contract writing, resource planning, project scheduling, and account management.

Project Manager / Producer

•Producer and project manager for developing websites, style guides, corporate identities and branding for clients 
ranging from the Huntington Beach Lifeguards, OC based non-profits to an NYC-based investment bank. 

•Built and managed a team of developers both local and overseas, a creative director, junior designer, and photographer.

•Handled client relations, sales, presentations, project deadlines, account and financial management of a team of employees and an office work space.
