I am looking for a job that takes advantage of this can-do attitude to assist upper management in their administrative needs.

I began as a customer service representative, grew into an unofficial assistant to my supervisor, was promoted to a trainer of future CSRs, and was updated to Call Center Team Lead after only 10 months with the company. I led a team of CSRs, followed up on their performance, and kept organized employee files.
