I thrive in a project driven environment.  I love to see results, meet benchmarks, check things off the list, keep tabs and monitor progress.  My experience primarily is in coordinating freight (inbound & outbound), facilitating efficient order processing, and maintaining SKU data, but fortunately, my diverse career has given me the opportunity to develop a wide variety of skills.  I have successfully coordinated corporate events, am familiar with IT and human resources procedures, and am able to communicate effectively across departments and with customers.

My goal is to find a challenging new role that allows the opportunity to get involved in multiple aspects of a company, in a position where project management skills are key.

-Oversee product transportation from overseas factories to customer warehouses in the United States, as well as Asia and Europe
-Maintain shipping schedules and prepare documentation for domestic and international shipments
-Organize freight details for large projects to prepare for quick turnaround times
-Co-manage inbound freight from Asia; ensure that bookings are made & shipments are on schedule
-Main point of contact for order processing and planning; modify details to fit factory capacity, lead times and desired shipping schedules as necessary
-Communicate with overseas factories and third party warehouse to ensure compliance with customer requirements
-Consolidate shipments and source freight rates to ensure timely and cost effective deliveries
-Foresee potential delays and prepare alternative plans
-Participate in new customer onboarding by establishing timelines and facilitating EDI set up
-Use Excel to organize large sets of inventory data and then import into MAS90 software
-Collaborate with account managers, product development, and upper management
