I am a graphic designer, web developer, and photographer. I have been doing graphic design and photography for four years and web development for one year. In my last class for my Bachelors in Management and Graphic Design and will have my Associates December 2015 for Web Development.

•	Design advertisements, brochures, marketing, and promotions in Photoshop and Illustrator for clients in photography and Real Estate. College classes for Photoshop, Illustrator CS5 and Digital Photography.
•	Talk with customers though email, phone calls, and in person during entire process of booking, during shoots, and after and helped customers order specialty products from with In-Home Ordering Sessions. 
•	Photographer skilled in many types of photography; newborns, maternity, weddings, seniors, children, family. Sales of professional services to customers, retouching and editing all photos in Photoshop.
•	Experienced in marketing to multiple demographics to gain new customers, using multiple forms of social media.

•	Working as photographer taking photos of Rolex watches to be uploaded on the company website, proofing watch listings changing information for new watches and changing prices.
•	Shooting master photos and editing in Photoshop, and Product List Ads image for showing products in search engines.
•	Assisting sales team with buying and selling watches, making packages and labels for clients to send watches in from around the country.

Photographer/ Web Support

•	Worked as the main studio photographer, skilled in many types of photography; Family, children, newborns, maternity.  Also worked as on location photographer at the beach and parks with studio lighting equipment.
•	Moved around getting multiple different looks and backgrounds within a thirty-minuet time frame. Uploaded photos and handed clients to manager/sales after photo culling and editing was finished.
•	Called all appointments to confirm time and date, moved appointments to work with clients, booked new appointments.

Studio Photogapher

•	Assisting customers with all purchases in holiday gallery room, selling high-end collectibles, retrieving products, answering questions on items, looking up preferred customers, answering phones and helping guests with questions about the store and special items, also transferring customers to the correct departments.
•	Making special orders for customers, gift card transactions and mailing them, calling and emailing customers for follow up on special orders and mailed products, restocking sales floor, retrieving stock from back for customers.

Seasonal Gallery Customer Service

•	Head night auditor, balancing the prior days accounts, accounting paperwork and setting up next day’s paperwork, logs, arrivals and departures.  Log accounting information into excel and all other logs to send to owner each night.
•	Creating new reservations for guests and changing current reservations, and all other front desk aspects with helping guests check-in and out at the front desk and informing them of the area and attractions.
•	Print out folios for the guests who will be departing and arriving the next day, and make paperwork for housekeepers. 
•	Maintain front desk, looking after check-in, checkout, responding to customers' needs, attending their queries, housekeeping requests etc. and training new front desk and night auditor employees on computer system and procedures.

Night Auditor/Front Desk

•	On the job training in the operation of an electronic checkout system to record unit prices in proper of accounts including grocery, meat, produce, and sensitive items. Making error corrections and voids using proper information.
•	Understanding of proper pricing by unit marking, price scanning, and reference numbers for all produce items, making price changes as necessary, methods for accepting and verifying personal checks, money orders, credit cards, debit cards, and coupons.
•	At the end of the shift, returns all currency to cash control office and balance drawer and file report for supervisor.

Customer Service

•	Helped customers with questions and concerns about menu, described products and drinks.
•	Prepared hot and cold drinks for customers at two drive-threw windows and walk up. Re-stocking made inventory list of all products needed to order, cleaning – store, espresso machine, coffee pots, ice cream machine.
•	Settled out register at the beginning and end of each shift, gave proper change, used credit card, debit card, and gift card.

Barista

•	Provided comprehensive administrative support to managers and staff.
•	Greeted visitors and answered busy multi-line phone system, responded to customer inquiry calls and quickly assessed needs and problems, screened calls, and referred callers to appropriate personnel as necessary.
•	Assisting customers with purchases and product questions, handled cash, credit, debit, coupons, and gift cards. Dailey sales calculations and bank deposits, settled out register after each shift.
•	Trained and supervised new employees, data entry for new clients, also calling clients and answering phone.
•	Inventory, restocking, calculate inventory, order new product, filing customer questionnaires and entering in database.
