Master in Strategic Human Resources Management with more than 10 years of experience as HR Business Partner. My goal is to continue professional improvement in an organization with high commitment, values and vision, capitalizing my skills in leadership positions within a transnational company.

-	 Lead actions in Diversity and Inclusion, being the champion in the country, increasing participation of employees in these initiatives by 30%.

ACHIEVEMENTS:
-	I implemented a Wellbeing plan, impacting 100 employees and their families.
-	Successfully implementation of success factors in 4 months, automating the performance review.
-	Increase employee brand by 130% using Linkedin.
